 How to prepare for the

Radiant Will Workshop!

 

First thank you for your desire to expand your skills and knowledge of yourself with this exciting workshop.

 

  1. Spend some time contemplating your understanding of what drives you, what you want, what characters want. Contemplate what your questions may be about the nature of the Will Force and how it relates and affects your star quality- your radiation. Assess how your will operates differently from one or two others.

 

  1. Please select a short scene with fairly even dialogue exchange of about 6 lines for each actor. The scene does not need to be a high emotional moment.  It can be a simple exchange. Please be very familiar with both sides of the dialogue. Bring two copies to class. You may use a scene used in the Sensational Feeling Workshop.

 

  1. Select a short monologue of no more than 12 lines or 90 seconds.  Memorize it.

 

  1. Please dress in comfortable clothes in which you can move freely, in socks, or soft-soled flat shoes.

 

  1.  Bring water, notebook, snack, if you like.

 

  1.  Bring a willingness to explore the depths of your artistic feelings and a respect for your colleagues in all that we share.
