CHEKHOV IN LOS ANGELES IS BACK! The National Michael Chekhov Association will offer its Michael Chekhov Theatre Institute and Teacher Training course for the first time on the WEST COAST, hosted by Chapman University on April 17-23, 2011. Joel Asher is long established as a premiere acting teacher/director in the Los Angeles area offering a variety of actor trainings. Constantly developing his courses to include cutting edge techniques, Joel has trained with Lisa Dalton and the late Chekhov protege, Jack Colvin, at various times over the past 15 years. He is now offering courses with a special focus on Chekhov's techniques.
